Shipping Standards

Processing & Origin:
Ships from USA & China. We pack and ship within 3–5 business days.
Where We Ship:
USA, Canada, and Australia. (Duties & Taxes Included).
Shipping Rates:
Free for orders over $150. Freight costs for large furniture are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:
Small Parcels (Accessories): 7–14 Business Days.
Large Freight: 18–24 Business Days.

Tracking & Support

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for updates.
Damaged Items?
Inspect large items upon arrival. If damaged, please email us photos within 48 hours.
Wrong Address:
Contact us immediately if you made a mistake. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
PO Boxes:
Large furniture cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
